Merger with parent company in-tech is the final step in the successful integration of the data communications expert
Integration successfully completed: After in-tech announced last year that it would strengthen its Connected Services portfolio with the acquisition of data communications expert Ruetz System Solutions, this has now been successfully completed with the merger of Ruetz System Solutions into in-tech on September 1, 2023. in-tech had acquired 100% of the shares in Ruetz System Solutions GmbH as part of the transaction. For more than a year now, the Ruetz team has been complementing in-tech's broad range of services in the automotive sector when it comes to digitalization in the vehicle.
