All advertised positions are current and not yet filled. We are growing strongly, which is why we have regular staffing requirements for some positions. Individual job advertisements may therefore be online for a longer period of time, even though we have already hired employees for this position.
A lead time of around 6-8 weeks is sufficient for your application. However, if you would like to apply earlier, this is of course also possible.
The same application deadlines apply for internships and final theses. However, we often receive applications for particularly sought-after internships much earlier, so that these positions are often filled several months before the start date. For internships and final theses, we therefore recommend applying around 4 months before the planned start date.
With pleasure! We are happy to receive your unsolicited application via this form. When we advertise new positions, we always search our pool of unsolicited applications for suitable candidates and then get in touch with you.
Please don't forget to include your possible starting date, preferred locations and fields of activity in your unsolicited application. It is also a good idea to state an approximate desired salary.
For all vacancies, the online application via our job portal is our preferred method of application. It only takes a few minutes to fill out the form. You have the option of attaching your own documents (cover letter, CV, references). A cover letter is not mandatory.
If possible, please do not apply by e-mail to individual contact persons in the company. If you apply by e-mail, your data will have to be entered into our system manually, so this method of application will only delay the processing of your documents unnecessarily. The same applies to sending application documents by post.
If you would like to refer to a preliminary interview with someone from us in your application, the best way to do this is to include a note in your cover letter.
An informative curriculum vitae is sufficient. If necessary, we will request further documents.
We manage your application documents digitally in an access-protected database. It goes without saying that we comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act: your documents will only be stored and used for the purpose of your application. Only authorized persons will have access to your data. Your application will of course be treated confidentially in all cases.
Due to legal regulations, we will keep your documents for 6 months after the application process has been completed. If you give your consent, we will also store your documents in our applicant pool beyond this period so that we can contact you again if suitable positions become available for you.
Once you have completed our online application form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail after a few minutes. If you have received this e-mail, your application has definitely been received by us. Please understand that we cannot reply to every incoming application with a personal confirmation of receipt.
We try to respond to all incoming applications within 5 to 10 working days. We will then usually get back to you by e-mail. Please make sure that your e-mail address is correct and functional. Please also make sure that mails with the sender address @in-tech.com are not sorted out by your spam filter.
We usually conduct one or two interviews: Initial interviews take place online, and we will send you a Teams link that you can use to log in to the interview. This is followed by a specialist interview online or in person. You can read more about how these interviews take place below.
Our recruiting team's career hotline will be happy to help you with any questions or concerns you may have about your application.
Our recruiters will answer all your questions about applications, vacancies and the current status of your application on this number. If you have questions about a specific position, you will also find the contact details of the relevant contact person for each of our vacancies.
No, you do not need to bring any other documents to the interview. If we are missing any data, we will request it from you digitally in advance.
We are happy to arrange an initial interview via online interview, especially for applicants who have to travel long distances or for positions with a high volume of applications. The advantage: no traveling and faster availability of appointments.
You should allow around 45 minutes for this interview. The aim is to get to know each other - we want to get to know your motivation, your strengths and your personality.
Important: Please make sure that the sound and video are working and that your internet connection is stable. Ideally, you should also be available by phone at the agreed time in case there are any connection problems.
During the interview, we want to find out whether we are a good match. The interview usually lasts 60 to 90 minutes.
We do not conduct stress interviews! We want to get to know you as equals and value a good interview atmosphere. What do we want to know about you? Of course, the first step is to assess your professional suitability. We want to know more about your qualifications and professional experience and clarify which activities you prefer. However, it is just as important for us to get to know you as a person. Your personality, your motivation, your communication skills and whether you have the right team spirit are important to us.
By the way: We are all on a first-name basis at in-tech!
During the interview, we will agree on a period of time within which you will receive feedback from us (usually around two weeks). We will definitely get back to you within this time.
If you need feedback earlier in the meantime, you can of course contact us at any time by e-mail or telephone. Your contact person will also be happy to answer any questions you may have.
