Once again, in-tech GmbH secures awards in the categories "Best Employers in ITK 2025" and "Best Employers in Bavaria 2025" at the Great Place to Work® competition organized by the research and consulting institute. These awards represent fair and respectful treatment, a strong team spirit, credible management, and a high level of identification with the company.

As in previous years, in-tech employees rated their employer above average once again. Leading the way, alongside credibility, respect, fairness, and pride, is the rating for team spirit, with 85% approval, which is 19% above the survey average.
