With this acquisition in-tech expands its portfolio in the areas of software development and PIL/MIL/SIL
in-tech has acquired 100% of the shares in the Romanian software company ProIT. ProIT is an established company with many years of experience in the development of software solutions for the automotive industry. The acquisition complements in-tech's service portfolio in the areas of software development and PIL/MIL/SIL.

The previous owner of ProIT, Kartmann GmbH, and thus also the managing director Roland Kartmann, will continue to hold an interest in in-tech Group via a reverse shareholding. ProIT's existing management team will be expanded to facilitate the company's integration into in-tech Group.
