Garching, 18.04.2024 - The technology company in-tech continues its growth path with a global partner: in-tech becomes part of Infosys, one of the world's leading companies in the technology and digitization industry.
Infosys and in-tech today announced a definitive agreement for Infosys to acquire 100% of the shares of in-tech. The acquisition is expected to close in the second quarter of 2024, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
"This partnership underlines our commitment to continue our successful growth," explains Tobias Wagner, CEO of in-tech. With the support of Infosys, in-tech will be able to offer its customers from the automotive, rail and industrial sectors even more comprehensive development and digitalization services in the future.

Despite the takeover, in-tech will remain active in the market as an independent company. "Nothing will change for our customers - management, teams, contacts and locations will remain unchanged. We are now part of a larger family that is supported by a strong, global partner," emphasizes Tobias Wagner.
