in-tech engineering services SRL will be integrated into ProIT SRL. By merging the two entities, in-tech is combining its expertise at its Romanian location and creating a unified structure. Moving forward, operations will be centrally managed under ProIT. The Romanian software company ProIT, which has been fully owned by in-tech since 2023, develops software solutions for the automotive industry.

The merger will take effect on November 30, 2025. All existing business relationships will remain unchanged, and the usual points of contact will continue to be available.
