in-tech once again recognized as an attractive employer

in-tech is one of the winners of the Great Place to Work® competition “Best Employers in ICT 2024”

in-tech GmbH once again receives an award in the “Best Employer in ICT 2024” category in the competition organized by the research and consulting institute Great Place to Work®. The award stands for fair and respectful treatment, a strong team spirit, credible management and a high level of identification with the company.

Results from previous year exceeded

Although in-tech employees had already given their employer an above-average rating in previous years, this year's results were slightly better. In addition to the points of credibility, respect, fairness and pride, the rating for team spirit remains the frontrunner with 88% approval, which is even 22% above the survey average.

“Since the company was founded over 20 years ago, our ‘orange’ corporate values have been the key to our success,” adds Tobias Wagner, Managing Director at in-tech. “The fact that we have even been able to strengthen our cordiality, dynamism and strong cohesion over the various growth phases makes me very proud. We also share our values and visions with our new strategic partner Infosys and will remain true to our 'orange' identity.”

About the competition
