The technology company was among the winners in both the industry competition "Best Employer in ICT 2023" and the state competition "Bavaria's Best Employer 2023". The awards stand for fair and respectful interaction, a strong team spirit, credible management and a high level of identification with the company.

What is remarkable this time is that in-tech employees rated their corporate culture even better than last time in all points. In addition to the points of credibility, respect, fairness, and pride, the leader is the rating for team spirit with 88% approval, which is even 22% above the survey average. "It is very important to us that our employees feel comfortable, experience appreciation and trust, and enjoy coming to work," adds Tobias Wagner, Managing Director at in-tech.
