in-tech supports charitable organizations with a donation of 10,000 euros

The employees selected the German Animal Welfare Association, DKMS and Loot for the World as the recipients of the donation

in-tech GmbH is committed to the motto #orangehelps and is supporting three charitable organizations with a total donation of 10,000 euros. The donation targets were selected by the workforce, who first submitted suggestions and then voted on them. The result: 5,000 euros will go to the German Animal Welfare Association and 3,000 euros to DKMS. The remaining 2,000 euros will be donated to "Loot for the World", an association of German streamers and creators who collect donations with a charity livestream event to support 10 different charitable institutions and projects.

However, it is no coincidence that the workforce voted for precisely this project alongside major charitable organizations. "We've been active in e-sports for a few months now and our teams have even reached the season finale," says Tobias Wagner, Managing Director of in-tech GmbH. The technology company became aware of the online games league through streamers, for whose charity event the players have now started to promote internally. "It is particularly important to us to make a contribution to the environment and social issues and we are therefore delighted that we can support not just 3 but 12 charitable organizations and projects this year thanks to the selected donation targets," says Tobias Wagner.

The Christmas fundraising campaign #orangehelps is already a firm tradition at in-tech. Last year, in addition to DKMS and the German Animal Welfare Association, the donations also went to Tafel Deutschland e.V.
