"Most Wanted Employer 2022" award for in-tech

in-tech is awarded the "Most Wanted Employer 2022" award as one of the best employers in Germany

Authentic and credible, based on employee ratings: in-tech GmbH has been awarded the first-ever "Most Wanted Employer 2022" award by the ZEIT publishing group and the employer rating platform kununu. The company came out on top against more than one million companies on the Internet platform. The ranking is based on a survey of current and former employees on the topics of corporate culture, salary and working atmosphere. "It fills us with pride to be able to take a top position as an exemplary employer again this year, following the double Great Place to Work® award last year. The award once again confirms that we have been able to maintain our positive working atmosphere despite the challenges we faced during the pandemic. We will continue to strive for this," says Tobias Wagner, Managing Director at in-tech.

In collaboration with the employer rating platform kununu, the ZEIT publishing group developed the "Most Wanted Employer" employer award and for the first time identified Germany's 1000 most popular employers in 2022. The best employers were selected from more than 4.9 million ratings by employees on the Internet platform kununu. Clearly defined criteria in advance, such as the recommendation rate, the employee review score and the number of reviews, led to the calculation of the overall score, from which the final ranking was calculated. Therefore, the award is based on a truthful, authentic assessment by the employees of the respective company.
