- Tobias Wagner and Thomas Klaus strengthen the management in addition to founder and managing director Christian Wagner
- Founder Bastian Friedrich retires from management and takes on new role in business controlling
Tobias Wagner and Thomas Klaus have been appointed new managing directors at the Munich-based technology company in-tech. Together with founder and CEO Christian Wagner, the two will take over the operational management of the engineering company with a focus on New Mobility. Christian Wagner: "in-tech is now represented internationally at more than 15 locations - we need operational support in the management for this growing company. Tobias Wagner and Thomas Klaus have known in-tech for a long time and we have a close relationship of trust. Together we are pursuing our vision of an internationally successful technology company that is shaping the mobility of the future.
At the same time, founder Bastian Friedrich is stepping down from his previous role in the management and taking on a new role in business controlling: "In order to realise our vision of being an internationally successful mobility specialist, we have to create the right framework conditions. In addition to the many tasks in day-to-day operations, there has been too little time for this so far," says Bastian Friedrich. "In my new role, I want to devote more time to these issues and deal with business controlling and the preparation of new investments. In my role as a shareholder, I will of course continue to be involved in all fundamental decisions affecting the company."
