We are looking for project managment to join our team in Hefei. As project managment you will work with experienced engineers in automotive industry and will develop yourselves deep into this area.
Task
· Holds the responsiblity for vehicle demands management and Aeko (change request) in ADAS area and interface with other departments in R&D and outside R&D.
· Collaborate with ADAS team to collecet their requrements regarding vehicle demands and Part change request.
· Collaborate with project team, finance, purchasing, manufacturing, quality, external agency etc. to ensure transftering the correct requirents and sustainable progress of the process
· Facilitate communication and knowledge transfer between different departments and teams to promote efficient workflows and problem-solving.
· Receive and manage workflow and process in ADAS scope, ensure the quality of development processes and theirs work products is compliant to necessary standards.
· Manage and maintain necessary tools: Confluence, Jira...for the ADAS/AD development scope.
Requirement
· Education: Bachelor degree or above in automotive engineering, computer science or industrial engineering, business management or similar.
· Work Experience: 3+ years of automotive engineering experience, 2+ years in ADAS/AD development field (or similar)).
· Knowledge, skills and abilities:
o Strong Ability in cross-functional communication and high responsibility sense.
o Good at organization work and high sense of plan-do-check-summary mindset.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and team spirit.
o Familiar with development procedure of OEM.
o Highly structured, analytical, and self-organized.
o Strong ability in problem solving, availability of multiple tasks.
o Experience of studying/working abroad as a plus.
· Language skills:
o Excellent English language skills in written and spoken.
o German language skills as a plus
