We are looking for Senior Analytics Developer with strong experience in R Programming, Data Spell, Python, and PySpark to build analytics solutions, process large datasets, and deliver actionable insights. Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement advanced analytics solutions using R, Python, and PySpark.
Leverage Data Spell and other data science tools to build, test, and deploy data models.
Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL and Python.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing and analysis.
Create dashboards and reports to visualize insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Ensure code quality, documentation, and version control using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in analytics, data engineering, and big data technologies.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
Requirements
Minimum 9 years of professional experience in analytics, data engineering, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in R Programming for statistical analysis and data modeling.
Hands-on experience with Data Spell or similar data science IDEs.
Advanced knowledge of Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
Experience with PySpark for distributed data processing and big data analytics.
Proficiency with SQL (SAP HANA SQL, SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle DB) for data extraction and transformation.
Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git Repos).
Exposure to enterprise data sources (e.g., Salesforce, SAP BW, SAP AO, SAP ERP) is a plus.
