We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support our Human Resources team in managing day-to-day administrative tasks. This role requires strong coordination skills, the ability to handle internal HR tickets, and a collaborative approach to working with international teams.
Responsibilities
Manage and distribute internal HR-related tickets using Jira software; ensure timely follow-up and resolution in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Support German leadership in preparing and organizing employment reference documents in line with local standards.
Enter, maintain, and update employee and leadership data in SAP systems, including changes related to job titles, reporting lines, and contract updates.
Contribute to process optimization and documentation efforts related to HR operations.
Requirements
Experience in HR administration or a similar support function
Familiarity with Jira or other ticketing systems.
Experience with SAP HCM/SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms preferred.
Strong communication skills; able to collaborate with international teams or multicultural environment.
Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and self-management—you are comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for your area.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
German language proficiency is a plus.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic HR environment.
