We are looking for project managment to join our team in Hefei. As project managment you will work with experienced engineers in automotive industry and will develop yourselves deep into this area.
Task
• Understand the complete development process of passenger vehicles; familiar with the process
of parts development. Be able to analyses, compare and modify the data of parts.
• Be able to make the breakdown of whole project and have the basic understanding about working hours and material cost of each work package. Be able to negotiate and reach the agreement
of work distribution with partners.
• Gather the requires from R&D departments, organize the feasibility analysis within own department. Make reasonable arrangements of external requirements.
• Organize the analysis and solution definition of variants problems during the production of prototype vehicles, e.g. alternative solution, collision…
• Good communication skills.
Requirement
a. mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering or
equivalent qualifications
b. Necessary knowledge of prototype vehicle production
c . OEM or tier 1 supplier experience
d. Chinese & English speaking (German is a plus)
e. IT Skills: MS Office and Power BI, Power Query, Think-Cell advanced skills and so on
