We are looking for experienced Resource Manager to join our Kochi location with hybrid work options. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience with resource management, preferably in digital software and engineering delivery environments. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage resources involved in digital software development and various engineering deliveries to customers.

  • Develop and implement resource allocation strategies to ensure optimal utilization of personnel and tools.

  • Collaborate with project teams to understand resource requirements and ensure timely availability of skilled personnel.

  • Liaise with engineering teams in the UK, Europe, and various delivery centres in India to coordinate resource planning and allocation.

  • Monitor and track resource performance, addressing any issues to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

  • Maintain a comprehensive database of resource skills, availability, and assignments to facilitate efficient planning.

  • Identify gaps in resource capabilities and coordinate training or recruitment efforts to address them.

  • Act as a liaison between project teams and management to ensure alignment of resource planning with organizational goals.

  • Prepare regular reports on resource utilization, productivity, and project progress for stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards in resource management practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in resource management, preferably in digital software and engineering delivery environments.

  • Strong understanding of project management principles and resource allocation strategies.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple geographical locations, including the UK, Europe, and India.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and resources simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in resource management tools and software.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess resource needs and optimize utilization.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience in managing resources for customer-focused deliveries is highly desirable.

  • Flexibility to work across different time zones and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
