We are looking for experienced Resource Manager to join our Kochi location with hybrid work options. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience with resource management, preferably in digital software and engineering delivery environments. Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage resources involved in digital software development and various engineering deliveries to customers.
Develop and implement resource allocation strategies to ensure optimal utilization of personnel and tools.
Collaborate with project teams to understand resource requirements and ensure timely availability of skilled personnel.
Liaise with engineering teams in the UK, Europe, and various delivery centres in India to coordinate resource planning and allocation.
Monitor and track resource performance, addressing any issues to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Maintain a comprehensive database of resource skills, availability, and assignments to facilitate efficient planning.
Identify gaps in resource capabilities and coordinate training or recruitment efforts to address them.
Act as a liaison between project teams and management to ensure alignment of resource planning with organizational goals.
Prepare regular reports on resource utilization, productivity, and project progress for stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards in resource management practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience in resource management, preferably in digital software and engineering delivery environments.
Strong understanding of project management principles and resource allocation strategies.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple geographical locations, including the UK, Europe, and India.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and resources simultaneously.
Proficiency in resource management tools and software.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess resource needs and optimize utilization.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in managing resources for customer-focused deliveries is highly desirable.
Flexibility to work across different time zones and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
