The focus of the Kochi office is on Automotive Electronics. We are working on making the car of the future autonomous, electric, and connected. As a strategic development partner, we support our customers throughout the entire product development process: from development to system integration to after-sales.
We are looking for an SAP SF Administrator to join our team in Kochi location to support our global HR operations to manage essential employee processes.

Responsibilities
Support in optimizing and adapting the HR processes mapped in SAP as well as master data maintenance (work schedules, workflows, business rules, etc.)
Administration of our SuccessFactors modules
Contact person for employees and managers in our SuccessFactors modules (1st level support)
Support in the implementation of new SuccessFactors modules and other companies (e.g. international rollout)
Requirements
The ideal candidate would be a graduate with minimum 1 years of proven work experience as an HR Process Administrator or similar role. In additional to this you will need to meet the following requirements:
Know-how and experience in working with SAP SuccessFactors or any ATS system.
Ability to act as an interface between different stakeholders (employees, managers, HR department) and to establish yourself as a contact person for HR matters
Understanding of numbers, Excel formulas and logical connections
First points of contact with the administration of systems
High degree of independence and assertiveness
Efficient way of working and organizational skills
