We are looking for Test Service Planning Staff to join our team in Shenyang. As a Test Service Planning Staff, you will work with experienced engineers in automotive industry and will develop yourselves deep into this area.
Proving ground management:
Set up interface with the PG management and communicate with proving ground supplier to meet internal customers' requirements as the BBA interface
Regularly communication with the proving ground interfaces onsite, collecting and sharing the updated information with BBA interfaces
Irregular scouting domestic testing sites according to business needs
Test service process management
Familiar with the existing BBA testing process, maintain long-term friendly contact with various department interfaces
Steering offsite test application process, gathering necessary information, reasonably arrange offsite testing resources according to the needs of each department
Steering T-car transportation process, communicate with logistic supplier and internal customers, ensure all T-cars arrive on time based on test plan
Organized regular information exchange meeting with BBA interfaces and engineers. Making meeting minutes and documentation
Regular maintenance and upgrades of existing BBA internal systems in use
Organized confluence page both in BBA and BMW side to update test service contents
Reservation creation to proving ground to make sure the test goes on smoothly
Update test plan of BBA transparency to management level, preparation of all necessary documents for test events
Onsite support for testing events, communicate with engineers and proving ground suppliers onsite. Coordination of onsite engineers’ requirements
Responsible for collecting feedback from engineers and mechanics regularly, also support collecting documents for payment process
Support manager and test leaders for irregular temporary work
Others：
Financially support offsite test resources usage. Complete the payment onsite of test events took place without proving ground, such as workshop usage, charging BEV car and other services
Suitable to business travel inside China, all roads' conditions as one of the test team members
Potentially T-car management in FIPS
Excellent communication skills; organized and coordinated ability and working efficiency
Proficient in using English skills to deal with daily work, including communication and meeting organization and reports
Excellent office (Excel, Word, PPT, Visio…) software skills
At least 3 years BBA or BBA supplier working experience, familiar with the operation of BBA's internal system and could develop new processes based on existing systems for departmental requirements.
Having driving license, Experience in driving vehicle in physical. BMW B1, E1 W1 driver license is the target
Documentation ability to keep all business-related information orderly
Familiar with the existing China Proving Grounds and its management process, CET/HET PGs
Suitable to the long-time business trip
