Christian Wagner assumes decisive role on the advisory board - Experienced management team complements the executive board
The technology company in-tech is positioning itself for continued growth and strategic development of the company and announces personnel changes in the management.
Christian Wagner, one of the founders, shareholders and previous managing directors, has taken on a key position on the company's advisory board as of September 1, in addition to his duties as a shareholder, in order to focus fully on the company's strategy in the future. In the new position, Christian Wagner will work closely with the management and further contribute his experience to the Group.

Christian Vogel, Daniel Schweizer and Martin Klink will act as managing directors of in-tech GmbH In addition to Tobias Wagner in their current roles from 01 September 2023:
Martin Klink shows himself responsible as CFO and leads the entire financial area of the Group.
Christian Vogel acts as COO and manages operations and thus all customer activities.
Daniel Schweizer is responsible for all internal corporate functions and business processes as an additional COO.
