DEKRA certifiers have particularly commended our professional project execution with use of efficient IT systems, the high level of employee satisfaction, as well as our comprehensive opportunities for further training and education as part of the in-tech academy. Our open communication culture and the permanent process of enhancement resulting from experience gathered in conducted projects were also convincing the auditors.
“We appreciate the certification very much, it makes our high process quality externally visible”, in-tech manager Christian Wagner stated. “Based on this, we will continue to optimize our QM processes in order to strengthen our performance and competitiveness steadily”, he added.
The regular QM system certification is referring to all German and Austrian branches and affiliates. It is valid for engineering and consulting services, as well as development, software/hardware design and distribution in the sectors automotive, machinery and transportation.
ISO 9001:2008 is nationally and internationally the most common and important QM standard. A certification is possible for companies and organizations of any size and of any business sector. The standard is the basis for a continuous enhancement process of a company’s internal quality management system (QMS). It furthermore determines minimum requirements for a quality management system, which have to be implemented by companies in order to fulfill customer-related and other product or service requirements.
