We are looking for Recruiting Specialist to join our teams in Shenyang. As a member of our in-tech team you will work with experience engineers from different countries and latest technology every day!
Responsibility:
Work with the battery cell manufacturer to ensure the delivery and performance of the product, track the progress of battery cell design and validation
Responsible to ensure the timely project execution and meet the given milestone
Responsible to track, implement, optimize and monitor the project progress on cross function department level. Responsible for the battery cell interface among the corresponding department for module, pack and vehicle
Responsible for exchange meeting invitation, meeting notes and presentation preparation, project status report for stakeholders within China and Germany
Support cell sample testing, test result analysis and test report reviewing, support exchange meeting between different department within Volkswagen
Personal Skill:
Deep technical knowledge on battery development for EV application
Experienced with project management and supplier management
Experienced with battery product development process
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Self-motivated and team-working spirit
Requirement:
3-5 years’ experience in automotive battery cell development. Hands on experience on cell design and validation is a plus
Experienced with MS office
Acknowledge of quality tool, including APQP, FMEA, and cell test standard
Language: Skilled with English verbal and written communication.
