We are thrilled to announce the expansion of our offices to Bangalore along with our established presence in Kochi. The focus of the expansion is on Automotive Electronics & working on making the car of the future autonomous, electric, and connected. As a strategic development partner, we support our customers throughout the entire product development process: from development to system integration to after-sales. In addition, we offer innovative tooling solutions ranging from HIL systems to cloud-based test infrastructures.

We are looking for System Engineers to join our team in Bangalore, with Hybrid working model. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, integration, and validation of systems related to Steering,/Electronic Parking Brake (EPB)/Vehicle Dynamic Stability Control (VDSW), Suspension and Supplemental Restraint Systems (SRS). This role requires a deep understanding of automotive systems engineering, including hardware and software integration, as well as a strong focus on safety and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and integration of steering, EPB, VDSW, Suspension or SRS systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.

  • Ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components across various systems.

  • Develop and execute validation plans to ensure systems meet safety and performance standards.

  • Perform rigorous testing and debugging of integrated systems to identify and resolve issues.

  • Utilize simulation tools and real-world testing to validate system functionality.

  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring on-time delivery of system components.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.

  • Prepare detailed documentation for system design, development, and validation processes.

  • Ensure all systems comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Qualifications:

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in automotive systems engineering, with a focus on steering, EPB, VDSW and SRS.

  • Strong knowledge of automotive safety standards and regulatory requirements handling.

  • Proficiency in system modelling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink).

  • Experience with hardware and software integration and debugging.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Fault tracing vehicle issues in HIL rigs.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Experience with automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, FlexRay).

  • Knowledge of vehicle dynamics and control systems.

  • Familiarity with functional safety standards (ISO 26262).

  • Experience with Model-Based Design (MBD) and Agile development methodologies.
